Jason M. Hockran
Chief Executive, Civil Engineer, Partner

Jason graduated from Ohio Northern University in 1998 with a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering. He then moved back to his hometown of Andover, OH to join his father (Tom Hockran) in partnership at H&H Enterprises and underground pipeline construction company. Together they have grown H&H to be a strong family business that has since completed projects in every state east of the Mississippi River.

Tom and Jason have always shared the benefits of business ownership with the local community and the church. Jason also has a Masters of Divinity degree from Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, OH. Since 2007 he has been preaching as a licensed local pastor in the United Methodist church.

Jason first traveled to Liberia while leading a 2013 mission trip with the East Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church. During the trip, he fell in love with the hospitality of the Liberian people. This was when he first saw a vision of the opportunity and potential for development in the country. Jason brings to the table a variety of design and project management skills that can be put to work in Liberia. Jason has connected with global and local partners to realize the dream of developing a healthier Liberia for today & tomorrow.

Bleejay Innis

Bleejay was born in Buchanan, Liberia and grew up in Monrovia for most of his early childhood before escaping the country with his family in 1996 during the nation's civil war. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he received a B.A. in International Business. He attained his Masters at Georgetown University in Global Real Estate studies and development. Bleejay worked in Washington DC for 6 years for the nation’s leading commercial real estate data and marketing firm. There he worked with some of DC’s leading developers, investors, brokers, and property managers. Bleejay has extensive real estate and business development experience both in Liberia and abroad. His passion for the development of his country and people led him back home to contribute his skills and resources.
